Golden Balance Latte

This warm, nourishing drink is perfect for unwinding or starting the day with intention. Made with hemp seeds, fresh ginger, turmeric, honey, dates, cinnamon, and a spoonful of ‘The Mountain Monk’, it’s comfort in a cup.

Recipe for two cups:
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1-inch piece of fresh turmeric, peeled
- 2-3 dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ‘The Mountain Monk’ - our ayurvedic adaptogen blend with astragalus, ashwagandha, brahmi and tulsi

Blend all ingredients with 2 cups of warm water until smooth. Pour into a pot, gently heat on the stove (avoiding boiling to keep it nourishing), and sip your way to calm and coziness.
