Alchemy: Providing nourishment at the Days of Serenity Retreat
A new window opened and we shared our nourishing food creations with kindred spirits on a farm of possibilities in the heart of Allgäu.
In April, we stayed for a long weekend at the cosy farmhouse get-away Das Rosso to cater for the ‘Days of Serenity’ , hosted by Kindclub.
Spring Awakening Retreat where we experienced a slower pace of life, took time to reflect on what lies behind and consciously re-connected with our ideas, visions, values and dreamed of which lies ahead of us.
Transformational days within a beautiful group of women that fed body, mind and soul with new inspiration, high vibes and self-care tools. Daily yoga and mediation, journaling, organic skincare workshop and creative nourishing dishes by our alchemist and private chef Cindy Bachmann.
Think of Superfood Granola, Chia Pudding and Spiced Porridge with poached apples for brunch. Mixed root vegetables with roasted almonds and parsley, creamy beetroot soup with horseradish coconut cream, Green Goddess soup and our favourite Ayurvedic Daal for dinner. And for sweet moments in between Medjool Dates filled with almond butter and dark chocolate, Apple Chai Crumble with Coconut Yoghurt and Adaptogenic Golden Milk.
We also brought our adaptogen potions along to infuse these spring awakening days.
The Days of Serenity retreat was beyond magic and our our hearts are full of gratitude.
